FSC Certification

Brainerd Hardwoods has achieved the Forest Stewardship Council’s Chain of Custody Certification.  This certification means that our company meets the strict tracking requirements prescribed by FSC to ensure that products we sell as FSC-Certified are produced from wood originating in responsibly managed forests.  It also means that you are able to purchase FSC-Certified Architectural Millwork and Custom Doors from Brainerd Hardwoods in compliance with the leading “Green Building Standards”; such as the “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED) Green Building Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council and the National Association of Home Builders’ “Green Building Initiative” Green Home Guidelines.
